Truly awful service, no respect for the clients and total deadbeats in this agent's office. I've been their client for many many years and they were fine, but I have no idea what the hell is happening there. For the past few months no one has EVER responded to my calls or emails, and when I stop by the office either there's nobody there, or one agent speaking to one client and they won't let me in until the client is gone... made me just put my tail between my legs and just go home instead of standing outside like a damn fool. I'm beyond livid... today is the last day for me. I'm taking my business where clients are treated better.
